The neighbors are all very nice and I love the management The laundry is the best always is up to date and is extremely clean. The apartment is pretty small when it comes to the storing items i.e lack of cabinets, closet space and shelves. Other than that I would highly recommend these apartments to someone that is starting out in life like for college kids and young parents.

|Recommended: YesGranada Pueblo Apartments cares about its residents. — The staff is kind, courteous and quick to assist its residents when needed. The apartments are nice on the inside. I just feel that it needs renovating on the outside of the buildings. The exterior needs upgrading but the landscape is perfect.

|Recommended: YesThis place is awesome — I couldn't recommend this place more I moved in last year and the staff ,both office and maintenance, have been outstanding. I've only had one maintenance issue with my apartment and it was fixed that day before I came home from work. If you're looking for a good first apartment or just your next place to live, I would suggest you start and stop here. D
