|Recommended: YesGood apartments in a great neighborhood — It has access to virtually all you need. I like it very much however, it is not a gated community AND there are some trouble-maker neighbours.

|Recommended: YesA comfortable place to live — It is a very nice place to live in. There are no issues that arise while living here that most people would run into at other apartment complexes. There is always sufficient parking and it is conveniently located so you don't have to park too far from your apartment and laundry is never an issue as you can always find an empty washer and dryer to use. The apartment interior is also well designed and well kept. Any issues that arise are handled professionally.
Not to mention that the location is also very convenient as it is in front of a shopping center and only a few minutes away from the university.
Overall, it's a comfortable place to live in.
|Recommended: YesNice, clean, and quiet place to live. — I always say The rent is cheap, it's clean and we have a pool. It would be extra nice if the stair well could be cleared of the spider webs and cleaned up sometimes. Perhaps the gardener with the blower can shoot the air up the stairwells to clear the webs.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — Canyon Crest Town Center is right across the street and is very convenient. Property managers are friendly and supportive Maintenance issues get fixed right away and are easy to arrange. The only thing that I would consider as a negative is that the walls may be thin so I could hear the neighbors talking and walking around I was downstairs . But the central A C worked great to keep the place comfortable. And this place is pet friendly

|Recommended: YesI love living in Granada Poeblo — I've been living in this complex for over five years. I feel safe and cared for here. The complex manager always takes care of the property and tenants. Maintenance people are great too. I highly suggest Granada pueblo as a decent, safe, and affordable place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Love how pet friendly it is, and it's just across the street from the canyon crest town center, where there's a grocery store, a pharmacy, a starbucks, and multiple eateries. The freeway entrance exit is just down the street as well. Lovely place to live with great amenities.

I like that is close to UCR, close to the Ralphs and to other stores restaurants. The staff is very reliable and responsible specially during this pandemic, they try to keep us all safe.
The price is very affordable
|Recommended: YesLove it — I love the apartments here. The upgraded unit is amazing. Nice granite countertops and the layout is nice.Walking distance to stores and shops. The apartment manager is very helpful and communicates with you quickly on any issues you may have. The only con is I notice alot of owners do not pick up their animals poop and I see alot of trash in the front and back of this community. Nothing a little cleanup cant do. I plan on staying here for awhile. I absolutely am thrilled to live here.
|Recommended: YesNice quiet place to live — It's a quiet community and friendly. Management is easy to work with and repairs are taken care of quickly. It's an older place but great for the price. Upkeep in the garbage areas could be better.
